Tickets are $65 from 3-6pm and Include:

VIP ADMISSION (Door Price)

Tickets are $80 from 2-6pm and Include:

  • An extra hour of tasting (2pm-3pm)
  • Food Truck access ($2 Gourmet Tacos)
  • Unlimited beer samples
  • Entrance to the festival
  • A Souvenir tasting cup

From 2-5pm and from 5pm until all tacos are gone.

King of The Hills. By being our title sponsor you get the most possible exposure and “bang for your buck” through our package including:

Supporting sponsorships are available for an investment of cash or product support. Bronze sponsors require a cash or product invest equivalent to $1,000 for the festival and will include:

ABOUT CHUGGINBREWS – THE COMPANY

Chugginbrews was originally a group of patrons that attending numerous amounts of beer fest and found many flaws within the organization hosting the event. Finally, when enough is enough, formed an organization of it’s own to take the standard beer festival to the next level. Born in Long Beach, Ca, one of the largest diversed capitals in the world, the ChugginBrews team was created. Our goal is to create events that are memorable and provide value and exposure for our partners and sponsors. With a background in marketing, we promote the festivals through a strong pre-event campaign (as outlined in this packet).

We pick the best venues, vendors and entertainment to create fun, festive annual events. Our founders have been planning events for 7+ years and are also marketing majors, which ensures that all marketing materials are top-notch.

Our 2016 San Pedro event SOLD OUT with 3,000 attendees. We had over 35 breweries, 9 food trucks and 4 bands. We raised $4,500 for LbCape.org.

ChugginBrews benefits Community Aid Project for Education, a 501c3 non-profit organization. CAPE is an organization with an educational program that is dedicated to providing low-income students with tools and resources necessary for them to succeed. Cape collaborates along with other organizations and their programs to provide our scholars with a range of options for them to gain recognition and to prepare them for a career and a bright future!

MARKETING PLAN

 

  • MEDIA PARTNERS – We will partner with one television station (NBC), radio station, magazine, daily newspaper and weekly paper to promote the event to their audience. Tactics include: email blasts, on-air promotions, print and Online ads.
  • ONLINE ADS – Targeted Facebook and other Online ads.
  • EMAIL BLASTS – We will purchase dedicated email blasts from local media and targeted groups to raise awareness and promote ticket sales for the event.
  • BREWERIES – We provide our participating local breweries with posters, flyers and coasters for them to promote the event in their tasting rooms. 
  • STREET TEAM – Hang posters and provide promotional coasters to bars in the Los Angeles & Orange County Areas.
  • PUBLIC RELATIONS – We will promote the festival through print and electronic The press release alert will go out to thousands of targeted media to promote the event.
